Intentional Delay

Section 1050 Section 1050.1325  Intentional Delay Any licensee that intentionally delays the processing of an application during periods of interest rate fluctuations so that the delay causes a borrower to incur higher costs regarding a residential mortgage loan shall be liable to the borrower for such costs.
