Section 1050 Section 1050.1330  No Duplication to Borrower of Seller's Costs No licensee may require a borrower to furnish, or charge a borrower for, items that are inconsistent with the licensee's usual standards for residential mortgage loans.  Those items may include, but are not limited to, a survey or title commitment.
