Section 1050 Section 1050.930  Compliance with Other Laws Every advertisement shall comply with Sections 1-3(b) and 3-3 of the Act, as well as applicable Federal and State statutes and regulations, including, but not limited, to the Consumer Credit Protection Act (15 USC 1601, et seq.) including Title VII (Equal Credit Opportunity Act) and Title I (Truth in Lending Act) of that Act and the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act [815 ILCS 505].
