Section 400.10 General
The Charitable Trusts Bureau of
the Attorney General's Office (hereafter Bureau) will maintain a file of all
charitable organizations, professional fund raisers, professional fundraising
consultants and professional solicitors registered under the Illinois
Solicitation for Charity Act at its Chicago office.
