Exceptions to Trade-In Procedure

Section 5010.700  Exceptions to Trade-In Procedure a)         Certain equipment is exempt from the standard trade-in procedures. Such equipment includes: 1)         motor vehicles (see Subpart VII); and 2)         equipment purchased from sources other than the General Revenue Fund. b)         Any questions about exempt equipment should be directed to the Department.
