Determination of Appraised Value
a) For purposes of a sale of equipment to Priority Agencies, the
appraised value shall be determined by the Administrator using prevailing industry
standards and based on the condition of the property.
b) Scrap metal shall be priced at its cash market price at the
time of sale.
