Section 5010.950 Sale of
Scrap
a) Scrap shall be disposed of by selling it to the highest bidder
at public sale.
b) Agencies shall be authorized by Property Control Division to
sell the scrap collected by the agency. Authorization shall be granted if the
criteria in Section 5010.960 are met.
