Error in Notice

Section 4.1550  Error in Notice a)         When a required publication contains an error, the error may be corrected by a single notice published in the Bulletin within a reasonable time after the original publication. b)         The SPO must approve any correction that results in a change of procurement method or a material change in the requirements set forth in a solicitation.  These corrections may require extension of the time to respond to the original solicitation or cancellation of the solicitation in appropriate circumstances.
