Direct Solicitation

Section 4.1580  Direct Solicitation In addition to giving notice in the Bulletin, the SPO or university staff authorized by the SPO may directly contact prospective vendors by providing copies of solicitations or other procurement information.  Direct solicitation may be oral or in writing, but all vendors shall receive the same information as provided in the Bulletin. No direct solicitation shall be made prior to publication of any required notice in the Bulletin.
