Preliminary Evaluations

Section 8.3085  Preliminary Evaluations CDB may appoint staff members to perform a preliminary evaluation (prescreening) to provide a preliminary ranking of the A/Es or CMs for the committee's consideration.  This prescreening shall consider, among other factors, the relevant project experience of the prospective A/Es or CMs and the expertise and experience of the vendor and its consultant staff to be assigned to the project if the vendor is selected.
