Section 366 Section  366.106  Forms and Procedures for the Program The Staff may prepare, use, supplement, and amend such forms, agreements, and other documentation and such procedures as may be necessary to implement the Program, all as may be prescribed by the Director, or, in the Director's absence, the Deputy Director or Assistant Director.
