Fees and Charges of the Authority

Section 366 Section  366.107  Fees and Charges of the Authority The Authority may establish and collect a Commitment Fee from each HomeBuilder executing a HomeBuilder Participation Agreement in an amount not to exceed three percent (3%) of such HomeBuilder's Reservation.  The Authority shall return any Commitment Fee to any HomeBuilder with which it does not enter into a HomeBuilder Participation Agreement.
