Request for Proposals

Section 380.401  Request for Proposals From time to time, the Authority shall issue an RFP for Applications from prospective LAAs.  The RFP shall include a copy of the Program Guide and an Application form.  The period for submitting a response to the initial RFP shall be at least nine months.  For each subsequent RFP, the Authority shall allow a minimum of three months to submit a response to the RFP.  Each Municipality shall designate an LAA that meets the requirements of this Part relating to LAAs; however, Municipalities are not required to issue RFPs for selecting an LAA.  Municipalities may designate an LAA according to procedures set forth in the Municipality Program Guide.
