Eligibility

Section 380.402  Eligibility LAAs may be local governmental bodies, including Municipalities, counties, and townships in unincorporated areas of the State; local housing authorities organized under the Illinois Housing Authorities Act [310 ILCS 10]; or non-profit organizations registered and in good standing with the Illinois Secretary of State and the Illinois Attorney General.
