Section 8100 Section 8100.255  Definition of the term "Notice" as Used in Section 9.(b) of the Act The term "Notice" as used in Section 9.(b) of the Act shall include, but not be limited to, a communication accomplished by telephone, United States Postal Service, private mail service, computer transaction or facsimile transmission.
