Section 8100 Section 8100.260  Definition of the term "Alien Title Insurance Company" as Used in Section 11.(b) of the Act The term "Alien Title Insurance Company" as used in Section 11.(b) of the Act shall mean any title insurer incorporated or organized under the laws of any foreign nation or any province or territory thereof.
