Section 9500.20 Chairman of
the Commission Review Board
The Chairman of WCC shall serve
as Chairman of the Commission Review Board; receive, compile, audit and retain
complaints filed against Commissioners and Arbitrators; and will perform such
duties as a may be designated by a majority of the members from time to time.
