Section 5300 Section 5300.1020  Motion for Rehearing Before an Administrative Law Judge Any party may request a rehearing of all or any portion of a case, before the same or a different Administrative Law Judge, by including a written request therefor at the time of filing exceptions or responses as hereinabove provided.  Such request shall be supported by a statement of the reasons why such party believes that a rehearing is necessary.  A motion for rehearing will be granted by the Commission or a three-member panel only if it determines that substantial justice so requires.
