Section 5300 Section 5300.1030  Remandment on the Commission's Own Motion The Commission or a three-member panel on its own motion may remand a case for a rehearing in whole or in part, or for the taking of additional evidence, whenever in its opinion such action is necessary to do justice in the case or to facilitate a fair and complete adjudication of the issues.
