Filing of Disclosure Information and Discovery Material

Section 5300 Section 5300.725  Filing of Disclosure Information and Discovery Material a)         All disclosures required in cases under the alternative hearing procedure and all requests for discovery and all responses to requests for discovery shall be served upon other counsel or parties, but shall not be filed with the Commission.  The party responsible for service of the disclosure information or the discovery material shall serve a copy of a Certificate of Service with the Commission.  The party responsible for service of the disclosure information or the discovery material shall retain the original and become the custodian. b)         If a motion is filed with respect to any disclosure information or discovery material, copies of the portions of the material in question shall be filed with the motion.
