a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â NFPA 101, Chapter 19, Existing Health Care Occupancies, and
all applicable references under Chapter 2, Referenced Publications, applies to
and is part of this Subpart.
b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â NFPA 101A, Guide on Alternative Approaches to Life Safety,
applies to and is part of this Subpart.
c)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â All existing hospitals of any height shall be Type I or Type
II construction as established by NFPA 101 and 220.
