Section 370 Section 370.1230  Confidentiality The facility shall comply with all of the provisions of the "Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Confidentiality Code" (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1981, ch. 91½, pars. 801 et seq.) as amended.
