Section 390.3010Â Structural
a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Buildings and all parts thereof shall be maintained
structurally to support all dead, live and lateral loads. (B)
b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Buildings shall be maintained in good repair. Buildings that
show signs of distress shall be repaired immediately. (B)
