Section 610.300Â Use and
Purpose of Grant Funds
Local Health Department
Development Grant funds are provided by the Department and shall be used solely
for expenses associated with the establishment and certification of a local
health department, pursuant to Section 600.210 of the Certified Local Health
Department Code.
