Grant Awards

Section 610 Section 610.310  Grant Awards a)         The Department shall use the population of the county or counties in which the local health department has jurisdiction as the basis for determining the local board of health's annual grant award. b)         The Local Health Department Development Grant term shall be concurrent with the State fiscal year. c)         The Department and the local board of health shall execute a grant agreement for the grant award within 30 days of approving the Local Health Department Development Grant application.
