Record of Completion

Section 830 Section 830.540  Record of Completion Each educational institution or other entity whose pest control course has been approved by the Department shall issue a letter or certificate of completion to each enrollee or participant successfully completing the course.  In addition, the educational institution or other entity shall file with the Department a copy of the letters, certificates or lists of participants who have successfully completed the course.
