Prohibited Work Practices
Section 845.270Â Prohibited Work Practices
No person conducting lead abatement or lead mitigation shall
employ any of the following methods:
a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Open flame burning;
b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Dry sanding;
c)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Open abrasive blasting;
d)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Uncontained exterior hydro-blasting;
e)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Interior hydro-blasting;
f)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Methylene chloride
application; or
g)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Dry scraping.
