Special Meetings

Section 2900 Section 2900.20  Special Meetings Special meetings may be called by the Chairman or by any 2 appointed members of the Board.  Meetings may be conducted by video conference.  Notice of a special meeting must be given 48 hours in advance, as required by Section 2.02 of the Open Meetings Act.  If unable to physically attend a special meeting, by majority vote of the Board, members may attend via telephone because of personal illness or disability, employment purposes, business for the Board, or a family or other emergency.
