Section 320 Section 320.20  Statement of Policy The principle of this plan is to provide a position classification system for positions subject to Jurisdiction A of the Personnel Code based upon similarity of duties performed, responsibilities assigned, and conditions of employment so that the same schedule of pay may be equitably applied to all positions in the same class.
