Section 320 Section 320.30  Coverage This Position Classification Plan shall have jurisdiction over all classes and positions which are not exempted from Jurisdiction A by Section 4c of the Personnel Code and legislative action except as modified by Rules adopted pursuant to Section 4b of the Personnel Code.
