Annual Renewals

Section 123.260  Annual Renewals a)         Eligibility shall be reviewed annually. b)         Prior to the 12-month eligibility period ending, and in sufficient time for the family to respond to the Department's request for information, the Department or its designee will send an annual renewal notice to the family. c)         Annual renewals shall be subject to all eligibility requirements set forth in Sections 123.200(a), (b), (c) and (d)(2) and 123.210(a)(1).
