Annual Renewals

Section 125 Section 125.250  Annual Renewals a)         Eligibility shall be reviewed by the Department, or its authorized agent, at least annually following the process set forth in Sections 11-5.1 through 11-5.3 of the Public Aid Code. b)         Annual renewals shall be subject to all eligibility requirements set forth in Sections 125.200 and 125.205. c)         MAGI methodology will be used to determine eligibility effective April 1, 2014, pursuant to 42 CFR 457.315 (77 FR 17214, 2012).
