Section 404 Section 404.46  Equipment a)         The institution shall provide, store and maintain equipment necessary to carry out the functions of its various services and programs. b)         There shall be communication provided by telephone or other inter-communication system between buildings and units for reaching staff and children. c)         Recreation equipment used shall be maintained in a safe condition.
