Section 590 Section 590.430  Written Agreements for Environmental Modification When environmental modification is to be provided to a customer, DHS-DRS shall, with assistance of the customer, obtain a written agreement with the home's owner (if other than the customer) prior to the initiation of such services if the modification shall permanently alter the property.
