Section 590 Section 590.440  Compliance with Capital Development Board Specifications All environmental modification services that include remodeling of a building provided to a customer must be made in compliance with the specifications established by the Capital Development Board (see 71 Ill. Adm. Code 400, the Illinois Accessibility Code).
