Record Availability

Section 190.60  Record Availability Upon request, a dealer shall provide to the Director or the Director's designee copies of any records maintained under this Part.  Failure of a dealer to comply with the Director's or designee's request for records is prima facie evidence that the dealer has violated this Part.
