Humane Methods of Slaughter
Section 190.70 Humane Methods of Slaughter
Nothing in this Part shall be construed to exempt any dealer
from any of the provisions of the federal Humane Methods of Slaughter Act of
1978 (7 USC 1901) or the Illinois Humane Slaughter of Livestock Act [510 ILCS
75] that may be applicable.
