Section 259 Section 259.520  Issuance a)         The Board shall submit its recommendation on approval of a corrective action report within 30 days after receipt of the report from the Department. b)         The Department shall issue the Notice of Closure to the applicant within 15 days after the Board's recommendation for approval of a corrective action  report. c)         The Department shall mail the Notice of Closure by registered or certified mail, post-marked with a date stamp and with return receipt requested. d)         Final action shall be deemed to have taken place on the date that the notice is postmarked.
