Storage of Non-Collateral Property

Section 1480.300  Storage of Non-Collateral Property Any personal effects or other property not covered by a security agreement in possession of a repossession agency as a result of a repossession shall be stored in a secure manner at a main office or a branch office with a secured storage facility.
