Compliance Inspection

1480.310 Compliance Inspection
A compliance
inspection shall be conducted by Commission staff prior to issuance of a
license. The inspection shall include, but not be limited to, a review of:
a) Physical
characteristics of the secured storage facility, including but not limited to
the size, location and overall condition of the facility;
b) Types
of repossessed collateral and personal property stored;
c) Proper
storage of repossessed collateral and personal property;
d) Proper
posting of signs;
e) Method
of protection from fire;
f) Method
of protection from theft or burglary;
g) Method of
protection from potential damage to the stored repossessed collateral and
personal property by vermin, insects or water;
h) Proper
documentation of the repossessed collateral being stored; and
i) Proper
inventory of personal property removed from repossessed collateral.
