Applicability

Section 16.20  Applicability a)         This Part applies to the airport facilities and surrounding areas that are identified and described in Section 16.Appendix A.  For those airports listed in Section 16.Appendix A, any growth, construction, or maintenance of any vegetation or structure to a height 50 feet above natural ground level will be required to meet the standards of this Part. b)         Airports that are obligated by federal grant conditions may be required to meet stricter standards than airports that only meet Departmental standards (as defined in Section 16.30).
