Cleanup and Restoration

Section 530 Section 530.250  Cleanup and Restoration The right-of-way shall be returned to a condition which is at least as good as it was before the permitted work took place, in a timely manner.  This includes restoration of entrances and side roads.  Restoration of roadway surfaces will be made using Department approved materials and methods (see Section 530.30 "Department Approved").
