329 IAC 11-2-9.8 "Discard" defined

Sec. 9.8. "Discard" means to abandon by:
(1) disposal;
(2) burning or incinerating, including being burned as a fuel for the purpose of recovering usable energy; or
(3) accumulating, storing, or physically or chemically treating, other than burning or incinerating, in lieu of or prior to
disposal.
