329 IAC 11-2-9.9 "Electronic submission" defined

Sec. 9.9. "Electronic submission" means any submission of information to the department via electronic media. Such media may include
the following:
(1) Magnetic storage tape or disk.
(2) Compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM).
(3) Electronic mail or attachments, or both.
(4) File transfer protocol (FTP).
(5) Hypertext transfer protocol (HTTP).
