410 IAC 7-21-14 "Drinking water" defined

Sec. 14. "Drinking water" means water that meets the requirements of 327 IAC 8. The term is traditionally known as potable
water. The term includes water, except where the term used connotes that the water is not potable, such as boiler water, mop water, wastewater, and
nondrinking water.
