410 IAC 7-26-117 "Single-service articles" defined

Sec. 117. "Single-service articles" means tableware, carry-out utensils, and other items, such as:
(1) bags;
(2) containers;
(3) placemats;
(4) stirrers;
(5) straws;
(6) toothpicks;
(7) cup lids or covers, or both; and
(8) wrappers;
designed and constructed for one (1) time, one (1) person use after which they are intended for discard.
