410 IAC 7-26-131 "Vending machine location" defined

Sec. 131. "Vending machine location" means the:
(1) room;
(2) enclosure;
(3) space; or
(4) area;
where at least one (1) vending machine is installed and operated, and includes the storage areas and areas on the premises used to service and maintain the vending machines.
