410 IAC 7-26-134 Assignment of supervision responsibility

Sec. 134. (a) The owner or operator of a retail food establishment shall have a person in charge present at the retail food establishment during all hours of operation. (b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a PF item.
