410 IAC 7-26-147 Clean condition of outer clothing

Sec. 147. (a) Food employees shall wear clean outer clothing to prevent contamination of:
(1) food;
(2) equipment;
(3) utensils;
(4) linens; and
(5) single-service and single-use articles.
(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a core item.
