410 IAC 7-26-154 Food condition

Sec. 154. (a) Food must be safe, unadulterated, and, as specified under section 220 of this rule, honestly presented.
(b) Food may not be misbranded.
(c) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) or (b) is a P item.
